Quito Tenis y Golf Club described a $75 million move to Pifo

In July 2026, Quito Tenis y Golf Club said it was developing a new site in Pifo after about 50 years in El Condado. Primicias reported an estimated investment of $75 million, citing the club's president, Rebeca Villota.
The reported plan covered 110 hectares, including an area for two golf courses and facilities for tennis and swimming. The club also described housing for members as part of the Pifo site.
